Calling and texting outside business hours will be answered as soon as business hours resume.
Whether you are flexible in your schedule or can only do certain times or dates please let us know while booking, we will try our best to fit you in!
If you have a time constraint please let us know while scheduling to ensure we are able to accommodate you.
It is ideal to txt or call 1 to 2 weeks ahead to get the best reservation. If scheduling for a special occasion let us know as early as possible.

Running behind schedule happens, we get it!! If running late, please let us know so we can make appropriate arrangements. Any appointment running past 30 min will be rescheduled.

Come in ready to consult on your desired look! Pictures of what you like and even what you don't like helps us to get the best idea of your personal style and inspiration. Although it is RARE to achieve an exact look, we will always be honest and professional in our consultation and let you know what we suggest to help you achieve your beauty goal!
